Orchard Manager

We are looking for a people-oriented, results-driven individual who can exercise initiative and judgment and prioritize to manage our farming operations under minimal supervision. The position involves all aspects of managing an 116-acre fruit and berry operation with skilled support staff.
Perform Other Duties as Instructed by Supervisor:
The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while managing multiple tasks.
• Be capable of communicating and working with all levels of management and operations personnel.
• Have proven people and task management skills.
•  Possess working knowledge and experience with Word and Excel.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean record.
• Be capable of working a flexible schedule, as workload requires.
• Have relevant fruit and berry growing experience.
• Be able to communicate in Spanish and English.
